1. Agreement to Terms
By using TowFast services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TowFast provides 24/7 emergency towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and lockout services. Service availability may depend on location and conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment
All quoted prices are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing depends on actual service rendered, distance traveled, and vehicle type. Payment is due upon completion of service.
4. Liability
TowFast carries comprehensive insurance covering vehicles in our care. Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility. We recommend a pre-tow inspection with our operator.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations after a unit has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee. We will always communicate this clearly before charging.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to dispatch and complete service. We never sell customer data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
