TowFast was born on a cold January night in 2018. Our founder, Marcus Cole, sat stranded on the shoulder of I-95 for over three hours waiting for a tow truck that never showed. When a different company finally arrived, the quote had tripled from what was promised on the phone.
That night, Marcus decided the towing industry needed a hard reset. He sold his car, bought a single flatbed, and made a promise: every driver deserves a fast, fair, and respectful rescue — no exceptions.
What started as one truck and a flip phone has grown into a fleet of 18 fully-equipped rigs, a 24/7 dispatch center staffed by real humans, and a reputation built entirely on word-of-mouth trust.
